I have only been using this for 2 weeks and I can already see improvement regarding removal of dark spots on my hands and arms. This is by far the best hand cream that I have ever used! I am 60 years old and have battled dry, cracked and bleeding hands every winter for many years. This winter my hands feel and look great! On top of that this product does not leave your hands feeling greasy so you can apply it and go about your business. My only complaint is the size. 1.7oz is a good size for a face cream but I feel that hand cream should come in at least 3oz. Lastly, as all of your products that I have tried are excellent and smell fantastic what about coming out with a body lotion? It is a pleasure to buy from a company with great products and fantastic customer service! Keep up the great work! Mark
