A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: Particle Aesthetic Science LTD, King George Street 48, Tel Aviv, Israel
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Particle Look & Feel Your Best 2025 Sweepstakes (referred herein as “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of, and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees of Particle Aesthetic Science LTD (“Particle”), its respective parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, stepparents, stepchildren and stepsiblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
3. ENTRY PERIODS: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on August 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor or its designated agent’s computer system shall be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENROLL TO EARN DRAWING TICKETS: To use any electronic method you must first register, subscribe to receive future emails and newsletters, then submit the Sweepstakes form at: https://www.particleformen.com/sweepstakes/. You will receive a double opt-in email immediately after submitting the form. You must confirm your email address by clicking the confirmation link. If you do not confirm, you will not be entered into the sweepstakes. Once this process is completed you will earn 10 drawing tickets.

 

In addition, there are other ways to earn drawing tickets. During the Sweepstakes Period follow any one of the steps below.

 

(A)  Earn drawing tickets via the purchase method:

 

1)   Sweepstakes registered members will earn 1 drawing ticket for every $1 spent on each purchase (the purchase dollar amount does not include taxes or returns). The dollar amount will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar in the event your purchase transaction includes cents.

 

2)   You will receive an additional 30 drawing tickets one time for a purchase of a Particle product subscription (the purchase does not include cancelled Subscriptions or returns), during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the frequency of the subscription plan. Only one such occurrence of 30 drawing tickets will be counted, regardless of whether you order a subscription multiple times during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

Only the purchaser will receive the drawing ticket. If a purchaser or entrant returns or requests for a refund for the product(s) purchased during and within 45 days after the Sweepstakes Period, or if the purchase transaction becomes void for any reason, or if it is made with a lost, stolen or unauthorized credit card, the awarded drawing tickets will be cancelled.

 

(B)  Earn drawing tickets via the free method (no purchase):

 

1)   Handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, valid email address (provide the same email address when you registered at https://www.particleformen.com/sweepstakes/) and telephone number on a postcard (only) and mail with sufficient postage via USPS First Class to: Particle Look & Feel Your Best 2025 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 817, Palatine, IL 60078-0817. Incomplete postcards will be disqualified. Mechanically reproduced/photocopied or postage due postcards will not be accepted. Each postcard must be mailed individually. Mail-in postcard(s) must be postmarked by September 30, 2025, and received by October 7, 2025. You will receive 10 drawing tickets for each postcard received.

BONUS DRAWING TICKETS:

You will receive double drawing tickets (regardless of which earning method you use above) during the following periods:

Bonus Period #1:

• Any drawing ticket(s) earned electronically: between 12:00 a.m. PT on August 22, 2025, and 11:59 p.m. PT on August 24, 2025.
• Mail-in postcard(s) must be postmarked between August 22, 2025, and August 25, 2025; received by September 2, 2025.

Bonus Period #2:

• Any drawing ticket(s) earned electronically: between 12:00 a.m. PT on September 19, 2025, and 11:59 p.m. PT on September 21, 2025.
• Mail-in postcard(s) must be postmarked between September 19, 2025, and September 22, 2025; received by September 29, 2025.

 

FOR ALL DRAWING TICKETS:

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional drawing tickets by using multiple accounts/identities or any other method, all drawing tickets submitted by the entrant will be declared null and void, and the entrant may be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the ownership of any drawing ticket, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your online and cell phone service provider may apply. Sponsor will not confirm receipt of any drawing ticket. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, internet or technical errors, or by any of the equipment/programming associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. Illegible drawing tickets will be disqualified. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

5. PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a trip for winner and one (1) guest to stay at Sensei Lanai, Four Seasons Resort in Lanai City, Hawaii, subject to availability. Prize ARV: up to $10,000. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible drawing tickets received during the Sweepstakes Period. Grand Prize consists of all elements below (total ARV for all elements must not exceed $10,000):

(a) round trip, coach class air transportation for winner and guest from a major commercial airport located within the United States near winner’s place of residence to winner’s destination as described above. If winner resides in Hawaii, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground or ferry transportation for air transportation, where applicable.

(b) three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard double-occupancy room, room and room tax only, as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for winner and guest.

(c) selected meals on property (at Sponsor’s sole discretion).

Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and stay at the hotel on dates specified by the Sponsor. All details of the Grand Prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including the travel dates. Trip is subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Advance booking may be required. In addition, the trip must be booked within 90 days of winner’s verification date and completed within 6 months thereafter. Sponsor reserves the right to send an escort of its own choosing on the trip and to film or photograph the winner and guest. Winner and guest must follow all instructions (which will be within reason) given by the escort representative during the trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight and hotel stay). The escort involved reserves the right to revoke the winner and/or guests’ participation for failure to follow any instructions during the trip, or if winner and/or guest appears to be intoxicated, be a safety risk, or has violated any policy or law. Winner and guest must agree to being filmed and photographed during the trip. They must further agree to such films and photographs to be used by Sponsor for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes in any and all media in perpetuity. At the Sponsor’s discretion travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Winner and guest must have valid travel documents, (e.g., such as but not limited to REAL ID, passport if needed, etc.) prior to trip booking, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Prize does not include incidental charges, baggage fees, travel/medical insurance and/or taxes/gratuities. Guest is required to sign releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases, or guest portion of the prize will be forfeited. Guest must be at least 18 years old and if guest is a minor in his/her state of residence, winner must be such minor’s parent and must execute and return the guest documents on minor’s behalf. Any minor (as determined by one’s state of residence) must be accompanied by an adult throughout the trip. If winner chooses to partake (or not) in any portion of the trip prize without a guest, the remaining portion of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Winner or guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel and will be required to provide a valid major credit card when checking-in at the hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in the Grand Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize of comparable value. If no substitute of the trip prize or portion of the trip prize is reasonably available then the remaining components, if any, of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred by winner and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of prize by winner. Prize may not be sold, transferred or otherwise exploited for commercial use. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest. If the winner determines that the travel is not permissible due to health or safety reasons, or for any other reasons, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and no compensation or substitution be awarded. Trip ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the prize was fulfilled will not be awarded. Prize is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

Winner may elect to receive $5,000 Amazon eGift Card in lieu of the entire trip prize. Usage of eGift Card is subject to Amazon Gift Card Terms and Conditions available at www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GNG9PXYZUMQT72QK. Lost or stolen eGift Card will not be replaced.

 

Prize images depicted in advertising and promotional materials may vary from the actual prize as any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. The Four Seasons trademark associated with the prize is for prize identification purposes only. Four Seasons are not affiliated with this Sweepstakes, and no endorsement is suggested or implied.

 

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization (i.e., Administrator) on or about 46 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Potential winner will be notified via email and required to complete and return an Affidavit or Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (“Release”) within 7 days of notification. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate potential winner may result from any of the following: [a] potential winner’s failure to return the completed Release within 7 days after transmission; [b] email to the potential winner is returned undeliverable; [c] a potential winner’s failure to provide Sponsor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency, if required; [d] a potential winner’s failure to provide any required additional information upon Sponsor’s request; and/or [e] any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. Attempts will be made to contact and/or verify up to six alternate potential winners. After six attempts to verify a winner fails, the prize may not be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes. As a condition of receiving the prize: 1) winner is required to furnish their Social Security number to the Administrator and an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the name of winner for the value of the prize awarded; 2) winner must consent to being filmed, photographed, or interviewed by the Sponsor’s representative during the trip (if trip is chosen) or at a location near the winner’s primary residence (if Amazon eGift Card is selected), or winner forfeits the rights to the prize. Acceptance of a prize (if determined a winner) constitute permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, winner’s comment, prize won, hometown, photographs/videos and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.

 

7. LIMITATIONS: The Sweepstakes Entities do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted. Sweepstakes Entities, or any of their  officers,  directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, “Releasees”) are not responsible for: (a) drawing tickets that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules; (b) malfunction, lost, interrupted, or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, websites, or other connection, availability, or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; (c) failure of personal devices and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of drawing tickets, or the offering or announcement of the prize (defined in Section 5) or in any prize notification documents; (d) any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; (f) any changes or updates that may interfere with the Sweepstakes or your ability to timely enter; (g) damage to an entrant’s system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees; or (h) inability to implement the Sweepstakes or award the prize as contemplated herein due to any “force majeure” event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies or disturbance, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or regulator.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). In the event of Sweepstakes cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect drawing tickets received prior to the time of such cancellation, in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. If fraud or any other causes that corrupt the administration, security, integrity, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes without any prize award.

 

8. RELEASES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree: (a) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of prize; (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses which will not exceed $50; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the awarded prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (d) in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or court costs.

 

9. GENERAL: The Sweepstakes Entities’ failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in Sweepstakes-related materials, these Official Rules shall prevail. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information provided by you in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.particleformen.com/privacy-policy. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree that: i) your personal information supplied to Sponsor may be used by Sponsor for internal marketing purposes; ii) your data may be transferred to the Sponsor located in Israel; and iii) the Sponsor will provide your contact information to its judging organization for the purposes of prize winner selection, clearance and fulfillment. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available winner’s list.
