I had a little slip on when I first purchased Gravite MENS Cologne. But I emailed customer service and explained what happened. And immediately they got on my order and was so professional and polite. And shipped me a new bottle of Gravite out. I received it. Extremely fast. And the cologne Gravite is UNBELIEVABLY Amazing. I love it. And what impressed me the most is how not just one representative but several. Emailed me daily. Letting me know every step. I just want to thank all those amazing people who helped me. I have never experienced Customer service like that. They stand behind not just the product. But the customer. Thank all if you. I am so happy with my bottle of Gravite. Smells so good.
